He came around to give a quote within two hours of calling. He gave a very reasonable quote together with a lot of advise as to where the point was going to be & how he was going to do the job. He was able to do the job immediately, did the job quickly, tidied up, set the TV up & going for me explaining how it worked (I need as much advise as I can get). I was very satisfied with his approach to the whole process & his professionalism was perfect - a job well done with a good price to go with it. Very happy.
