My Weathermaker split system has stopped responding to its remote control. I have tried changing the batteries in the remote but the remote will not synchronise with the unit. I think the remote is the problem, not the unit so I am looking to purchase a new remote control please.
I also would like a service done as it has not been serviced since we moved in 5 years ago.
