We require a quote ASAP to supply & install a suitable reverse cycle, split system AC unit for a downstairs "granny flat" - no brand preference at this stage but it must be a known product manufacturer etc. There is good access internally to run ducting etc behind a dividing wall in a store room area and the residence DB is within 4 mtrs of the intended location of the compressor unit. There will be two (2) head units in separate rooms. Room #1 is approx 45m2 and room #2 is approx 65m2.
