I live in a split level apartment in Melbourne CBD. My apartment is located on the 9th floor of the building. Job will involve removal of old split system, and installing a new one. the replacement system needs to have 2 head units. The first one to be installed where the preexisting head unit was. The second head unit is to go up stairs on second level above the first unit. The access to install the second unit will need to be from my ground floor, and a large ladder or indoor scaffold will be needed for this.
No crane lift will be needed, since access to install the outdoor unit
can occur via building lift. the existing unit is on my balcony.
