I have 5 y/o double story house (in the old Commonwealth Games village in Parkville Gardens) with charcoal coloured concrete tiles on a pitched roof. The roof is structurally sound with no rooftop additions except TV antenna and solar h/w panel. Roof has safety eyes fitted.
House size is 240sqm with approx 2.6m ceiling height. House has existing gas central heating fitted with ceiling ducting. I want separate set of ducts/outlets for the a/c.
