I have an electra split system in my bedroom (about 7 years old), and another electra split system in a spare room which are connected to the one unit on the roof. the one in our bedroom isn't blowing as cold as it should be, and "konks" out (blows warm air) in the middle of the night and is also getting a bit noisy. i contacted origin energy to buy a new daikin and have the electra in our bedroom replaced but they said because it's two split systems connected to the one unit, they'd both have to be replaced?? so, i thought i'd see if i could get our split system serviced first and see if that would fix it.
