The ducted heating unit is >10 years with a Honeywell thermostat. The heating either blows cool air through the ceiling vents or not come on at all. Would like someone to come service the unit and also check the pilot light. Am not sure of the Make and Model of the actual unit (located in roof/ceiling space via internal access).
