Replace siezed Air Con compressor

I have a Daikin ducted Air conditioning system. When I switch it on, the fan works, but the air that comes out is not cool. I have had a technician look at it and he has diagnosed the the compressor has siezed and needs replacing.
I have recieved a quote to replace the seized compressor and associated parts (ie compressor, contactors, dryers x 2, running capacitor, the DC board and R22) on the outside unit (a Daikin RY45EV1A). I am looking for a more a competitive price to repair the outside unit.
