Jenny requested 3 quotes from Air Conditioning Professionals in Carlton North
two storey house with existing electric heating/airco unit on the rooftop. The existing system needs to be replaced (it's no longer working). There is no ceiling cavity so unit sits on the roof. 4 outlets upstairs and 4 downstairs. I need a unit that is 12watts. Looking to replace with airco/heating, but if that's too expensive I'll replace with heating only. Happy to consider other options if they are economical (ie. gas). Access to rooftop via long ladder (no ceiling manhole).
