We have a Bonaire Summer Breeze Evaporative ducted unit on our roof. Recently we noticed that the in-coming water pipe is leaking considerably at the shut-off valve and it will not shut off (into unit) and is possibly broken and needs replacing. We also would like a maintenance check and clean of the unit before summer.
