My roxland kfr-61gw/a air conditioner all seems to operate but insists on a temp of 31 degrees and when I set to 16 degrees with remote it flashes 4 times and goes back to 31 degrees again. I can hear vac pump working. And condenser fan op ok does it just need resetting I tried turning off main switch for while but no good. Any ideas. Barry
