1. The air cond in the bedroom cools well but leaks a bit of water when humid. drain pipe may need cleaning. Also quite noisy at the compressor outside, sounds like the fan touching the cowling.
2. Main airconditioner in lounge is Daikin split which needs regassing.
It runs but doesnt cool.
Regassed a few years ago which fixed it - couldnt find any leak at the time. Selling the apartment so just need to get things repairred so they work.
