I have a L33 Contour Brivis Evaporative Cooler system and 2 days ago it decided to die on us. The motor was only replaced 2 years ago. The motor got louder and louder before we turned it off suspecting something is wrong. When we turned it back on 2 days later, there is a low humming noise but it's not the sound of the fan or the motor and there is no air flow tested with or without pump turned on. My usual servicing company (Heating & Cooling Services) apparently stops servicing Brivis units. Brivis is notorious for sending their technicians 2 months after the booking is done. I would rather give my business to someone who can work out what the problem is and get it fixed. Appreciate if someone can ring me at your earliest convenience. Many thanks. Kind regards, Geraldine.
