We have an Arena Reverse Cycle Ducted A/C, which works intermittently, in that it will be running and cooling perfectly well, then the cooling shuts down although fan keeps working. We turn it off at the switch for 5-10 minutes, which usually resets it. We have had one service tech to look at it and he couldn't find the problem. Would really welcome someone to look at it
