The split system that services the upstairs of our property has stopped working.
It was last known working about a year ago.
There appears to be power to both outdoor and indoor units.
The outdoor unit LED diagnosis panel indicators the fault is with the indoor wall mounted unit. 4 red LEDs stay off . The one green LED flashes.
The remote control can provide abnormatlity codes doesn't to display any faults.
The upstairs indoor wall unit, when turned on, (via remote or on the unit itself) doesn't appear to 'catch' - the power led flashes green on the unit but doesn't change to constant green, as it does with the downstairs unit of the same product, which works.
We'd like someone to check over the system to diagnose the fault and communicate the fault and estimate cost to repair. Price allowing we'll likely want the unit repaired at the time.
