I have bought a Fujitsu ASTG12KUCA split system. The old no longer operational system (R22 refrigerant) is to be completely removed and disposed of before installation of new unit commences. The new system will be installed in the same location. All wiring and pipework to be properly fixed to underside of joists and re-use existing conduits which will be re-used. All mess to be removed from site including off-cuts etc and site to be left in same condition as present. Copper piping to be properly insulated with only long lengths to be used - not bits and pieces left over from another job and welded together. Power can be taken from existing point but you must check to satisfy that it is satisfactory (it should be). Must inspect job and provide full scope in written quotation together with at least two local references. Fixed price only with no variations accepted so please ensure you ask any questions you need answered. Five year workmanship warranty to be provided to align with warranty on unit. All necessary approvals, inspections and certificates to be provided as part of completion as well as tax invoice. Payment by EFT immediately to your bank account as stated on invoice on completion.
