Just had a brand new 2.6kw Fujitsu inverter split system installed. the installer said the shrader valve got stuck and leaked the refrigerant. got advised that he will be comming around latter on the week to regas the unit. at the moment the unit starts and only runs on fan. the outdoor unit doesnt start at all. the power light doesnt come on in the indoor unit while running. the timer light blinks 3 to 5 times every 30 seconds. is this really a refrigerant fault or is the outdoor unit got damaged?
