I need advice on what i can do. I am in a 70's apartment block and I have a very unsighlty old 70's air conditioning unit ( think large brown box) in my window on my balcony. I want it removed but i would like a new ( small and modern and efficient) air conditioner installed.
Just had a new central heating unit installed at the beginning of Winter, so i only want an air conditioner
