Move and mount airconditioner to outside wall

We need to relocate our Toshiba split air system which is currently sitting on our balcony, to be mounted on the outside of our apartment. This will free up space on our balcony.
Cabling from the indoor air con unit runs outside the apartment along the wall to the balcony where the inverter sits connected loose.
The apartment is one level above ground.
We don’t have a mounting frame for the inverter so we would need to buy one of those as well.
I'd appreciate if someone could get back to me regarding organising this!
