The outdoor unit needs to be located alongside drive way and there is an existing tray which is mounted on the outside wall about 8 feet of the ground for this unit. The piping then needs to go directly up the wall to the second floor. The wall unit will go where the existing one is currently but I'm guessing new holes will need to be drilled. The wall is solid brick so you'll need that hammer drill!

Need to cut (a) out two holes in ceiling to roofspace (for ducting), (b) ut two holes from roofspace through to eaves for external vents (it's a high pitch roof so can stand above roofspace and there's an attic ladder for easy acccess) and (c) install bracket to sit conditioning unit on. Will require someone who can climb ladder to stand on external flat roof in order to fit of the external vents. Job needs to be neat and professional. Would prefer to complete this on a Saturday.

The temperature gauge in the house is branded Smart Temp ISIS It isn't working as effectively as it usually does - within 5 minutes of turning it on it sounds like just the fan is blowing the temperature stops rising in the house. Also, the heating/cooling has always worked poorly in the master bedroom. We would like this looked into also. Thanks.
