I need a split system installed on the ground floor of a residence. The outside unit will need to be placed above ground (as there is limited courtyard space). I need two outlets one room is 3.6m x 3.5m but is open and has stairs. The other room is 3.7m x 4.7m and it is enclosed Power is located within 2 meters of the unit. I will buy the unit but will need to be installed.
