Looking at getting a split system air conditioner (considering Panasonic 4.4kw) in living area and ceiling fan for bedroom and wanting quotes/recommendations before purchasing. Flat is an old brick/concrete construction, but ground floor and permission has been given by body corporate.
Ideally I would also like to move the current gas heater from the lounge to the bedroom, but this is not essential.
