I live on the second floor of an apartment and need a new Split System Airconditioner installed. It will be replacing on old one which I also need taken away.
The outdoor unit needs to be located alongside drive way and there is an existing tray which is mounted on the outside wall about 8 feet of the ground for this unit. The piping then needs to go directly up the wall to the second floor. The wall unit will go where the existing one is currently but I'm guessing new holes will need to be drilled. The wall is solid brick so you'll need that hammer drill!
