I am looking to install a split system air conditioner / heater to an investment property which will settle on the 1st June 2007. I am unsure of the kW capacity required for the application but would like prices from 3.5kW to 5kW provided.

We have Myers Electrical supply and install a new split system airconditioner in a property. They responded quickly, went out to site and suggested a better location for placement. There were some faults but it was the unit, not the workmanship and through the process they did respond to my queries and tried their best to get to the bottom of the matter even though their supplier was being difficult. The unit is still working well and there were no problems after the unit was replaced. I think the best thing was that they didn't avoid my calls (even when the delay was out of their control) and the outcome was good. The unit was also quite inexpensive.
