Knowledgeable service, punctual and professional. Pricing was spot-on. Honest dealings in all aspects of the job. Unfortunately, the team forgot to remove the old, disconnected Condenser Unit from my roof and never made any real attempt to pick it up, even though they eventually promised in writing that they would. Had to hire another trades person at my expense to finally remove the unit after more than one year. Sad end to an otherwise great job - would have been 5-star otherwise.
