I need assistance to install a self contained cellar temperature control unit. It's a fairly straight forward job (I've done one before) but I require a handyman with the right tools, and a second set of hands, to assist. Need to cut (a) out two holes in ceiling to roofspace (for ducting), (b) ut two holes from roofspace through to eaves for external vents (it's a high pitch roof so can stand above roofspace and there's an attic ladder for easy acccess) and (c) install bracket to sit conditioning unit on. Will require someone who can climb ladder to stand on external flat roof in order to fit of the external vents. Job needs to be neat and professional. Would prefer to complete this on a Saturday.
