We live in an apartment building and require air conditioning to be installed. we have a balcony however we cannot place a unit on it due to body corporate restrictions.
we are on level 2 of an 8 level apartment block (including ground floor and the basement carpark) and the unit will need to be placed in the basement carpark. this means 4 levels of concrete will need to be drilled though. our apartment backs onto the access shafts for the building.
we are looking for domestic or commercial installers to complete this job.
