We have a wall mounted Panasonic air conditioner / heater that doesn't seem to be working properly. When turning it on for heat it runs for around 10 mins ok and then cuts off, and starts to blow cool air at a low speed. The heat then doesn't come back. Would like someone to come around on Friday 13 May in the afternoon to inspect and repair.
