Hello, I have a Breezair Metal Flex unit - EXH170-G. I also have the product and serial number if required. The remote still works but the fan doesnt come on. I have had an AC tech out to tell me what is wrong and give me a quote, he didnt show to fix it this morning at 8am when we agreed so I am in need of someone that can simply show up when they say and can fix the problem. I need this resolved by Friday or sooner, because of the delays from first guy and it being Christmas week I understand this is harder to achieve and hate the predicament I have been put in, this has gone on for 4 weeks, so if you respond, please ensure you have access to the parts to fix it this week, sorry for the bluntness but I'm sick of talk.

When I was put in a bind by other unreliable and unprofessional a/c technicians, I posted a job here and Wow, if I only knew these guys were out there when I started looking for a technician. Matthew called me immediately and was clear about the price, he shifted his crew around to fit me in with 4 hours notice, he is a gentleman and understands clearly what a professional should be. He arrived onsite exactly on time, his apprentice also arrived on time, when there was more of a problem than originally thought he had access to all the parts and was happy to stay to complete the job.
