I have a Bonaire Evap Cooler. It rattles below the fan where it can't be reached to determine the problem. It also needs the PVC pipe replacing as the pipe was not big enough when it was installed. The unit will need to be taken off the roof presumably with scaffolding, the rattle fixed (probably a very simple job with a few screws) and the pipe replaced.
