I was not impressed with this supplier. I was charged a lot (over $400) and the air conditioner still does not work. I now need to arrange another supplier who I will get to come & quote on the business first and give an honest assessment as to whether it is worth fixing or should be replaced. If it can be fixed I want reassurance of what they can deliver.
