Air Control were booked to inspect and repair air con today. After calling them myself to query if they were still coming, and waiting around for a return call, was informed they are too busy and could not make it. If I had not made the call, I would have waited around all day. Poor service, not impressed and will not be using this service again. Have found my own air con repair service, not using service central and certainly not Air Control.
