I have x2 Kelvinator Reverse Cycle airconditioners that need to be installed and mounted to the wall in both bedrooms.
I live in an apartment however you can access the other side of both walls as its my terrace. The wall is plaster with a layer of concrete on tge outside wall.
The detail of the unit is below:

I have been advised that a hole will need to be clawed through the concrete x2 70mm and x2 25mm.
