2 storey apartment (Ground floor open floor plan approx.45sqm: Upper floor 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet)
Compressor units must be installed on the flat deck roof.
Compressor units can be walked up the stair case to the top floor (2 flights of stairs) but will also have to be lifted over a 2 storey wall and parapet and installed on a flat deck roof.
All pipes and connections will need to be run internally via the roof and down through wardrobes to downstairs area.
Quote to be detailed as follows:
1. Supply of compressor external unit(s) and internal units and all other ancillary materials
2. Electrical work including all ancillary related materials
3. Plumbing work including all ancillary plumbing related materials
4. Labour
