Positives: - Fast response - Low call out fees Negatives: - Didn't have much experience with LG Neo Plasmas. Had no idea how to fix my unit (didn't even open the outdoor unit on the day) - Should have asked more questions over the phone before coming out. - Said he would go back and get a quote on parts, in the end received no response. - In the end I had to call LG directly to source credited mechanics to come fix the air-con. - Wasted time and money.
