Job was done and fix was prompt but we have a sour taste as we felt milked.\r\nThe problem was resolved by isolating the unit and took 5 seconds to diagnose and fix. We were charged an extra 15 minutes over the 15 minute minimum for Daniel the technican to write his report and chat to the neighbour. His supervisor backed him up upon our complaint. Not good business ethic.\r\nI wonder if the same would have happened had it been me rather than my wife been in attendance.\r\nInterestingly the supervisor was stumped when asked if any jobs could be fixed within the first fifteen minutes.
