I received a call from Brett within 2 hours afte I posted the job. He came to my apartment within few hours. He is a very friendly and professional person. Because my apartment's air condition is installed on top of the ceiling and situated at a very awkward position, it is a bit hard to do maintenance. So he end up spent 3.5 hours and find out it is just a safetly valve switch that he need to reset. He also added more refrigerant for $139. The service call is $89, the total bill end up $574.50. It is more than I expected. Anyway I do recommend Brett to other people for his professionalism.
