We believe that this may be due to the placement of the thermostat in the ducted air vent this has proven to be inadequate, we would like to move the thermostat into the room where the unit will operate effectively, which should stop the condensation.
Also, there appears to be a blockage in the overflow as it seems to be dripping constantly and not leaking into the roof as originally it was suppose to.
