Just wondering whether you are available to quote for the purchase of an appropriate a/c unit and installation. You're welcome to come on-site in The Gap (5 Wurinya St; call to arrange access), but to start you off, here's a few photos of the place (PDF): http://tinyurl.com/htaps4m Some background: * We are tenants in a residential property. At our request, the property owner has asked us to source quotes. * The space is a large room. A previous contractor suggested a Mitsubishi heavy industry model No.SRK71ZMA-S (7.1kW Reverse Cycle Inverter Split System). That's not to lock you into a particular model, but gives you an indication of what your colleagues in the trade might be thinking is appropriate. The owner herself suggested a Gree, but didn't provide further particulars so I'm not sure it's a firm preference. * The location is not yet set. The photos show three locations, as marked. Two of those are second-storey. The owner prefers Location 2, but might not know that back-to-back is probably unfeasible. We (the tenants) don't really mind where it's installed, but strongly prefer installation prior to Christmas. Could you please provide a quote for all THREE locations? In addition, could you please indicate availability to complete the installation before Christmas? If there's an additional cost involved, please include it.
