This company was quick to contact, explained that I would get both a plumbing and electrical certificate on completion and arrived at the time booked. On finding that the electrical diagram supplied with the air conditioner was incorrect, these people went out of their way to contact the air conditioner supplier and got the correct wiring diagram sent to them..This meant they had to make another visit out. All this they did without any upsets and were so professional, on top of that they did not ask for any extra money above what they had quoted . I would have absolutely no hesitation in employing Protect Servicing again and would trust them explicitly to do a fantastic job.
