The team were great, very prompt response to my request and Frank came out and quoted the job accurately and fairly. The price was good for the job involved (installation of 3 split systems and relocation of an exterior light. Frank detailed possible extra costs which may eventuate (my house has an old switchboard) and also included optional extras (with pricing) in the quote. We chose to take up the option of a surge diverter (different to a safety switch, regulates the power rather than cuts it off). The team arrived promptly at 7am and did an excellent job (and tidied up after themselves). I am already busily compiling a list of all the things I will be asking PEMS to do for me in the future as money permits. Very happy with the entire service provided by them.
