Hi there, I am looking for an accountant who can set up for me a fairly simple structure. I want a discretionary family trust established which will be the shareholder of a new pty ltd company. You will need to provide registration of company and all relevant documents of evidence of establishment for trust and company.
Structure is initially to operate a range of online affiliate websites generating affiliate commissions. No physical product, assets or IP of significant value.
