I'm looking to properly incorporate my consulting business (currently just operating as a sole trader) and I'm looking for someone who can help with formation + ongoing accounting. To be specific, I need:
- Formation of a Pty Ltd, plus potentially a discretionary trust;
- Ongoing preparation of BAS, EOFY company tax;
- Ideally, someone who can do my EOFY personal tax as well.
I'm only turning over ~$100k/year at the moment but I have hopes to grow that over the next year. I'm happy to do my own bookkeeping with guidance.
