main water pipe replacement from steel (rusted) to plastic of house supply from meter. have had a look and access is reasonably easy. pipe is hung from the bearers, space under the house varies from 1.2 m to around 400mm. all copper work is fine, we just need to replace the inch steel pipe. theres about 30 odd meters of it. plus installation of one new cold water tap, tap is supplied. no drainage work reqd.
