How do I update my licence and insurance online?

Your licence and insurance details must be up-to-date at all times on our records. It's part of our service promise to our mutual clients, and we can suspend your membership if it's not updated!

To update your compliance documentation online, log into with your username and password.

  • If you have outstanding items, there will be a red 'compliance' flag on your dashboard. Click on 'Manage compliance'. Otherwise, go to your 'Account Toolbox' tab, select 'Compliance'.
  • Type in the details of your licence/insurance
  • Upload an electronic copy

If you don't have an electronic copy of the documentation and can't upload it, please fax it to 03 9415 8146 after typing in the details.
