commercial grade non-slip lino or other flooring
internal measurements: 4.5m long, 2m wide, 2m height
double sink with separate tap for handwashing
need to install watertanks – separate for clean and waste water
suit a sheet metal worker who can potentially get cheaper stainless steel.
some plumbing work will be required.
some electric work will be required – need external and internal power points.
