"Cost of the job ended up being twice the amount expected. One call after 2hours on job advising would be about another 30-40min. Ended up charging for 4hours worth of work and did not advise of the extra expense involved. Work double of what was budgeted. Workmanship very good, but feel like I have been ripped off when compared to other plumbing work I have had done of a similar nature. Then despite payment arrangement being made, overcharged my credit card resulting in me getting charged a fee!! Not happy with this provider at all and will not use again."

"I apologies for giving such bad feedback, but honestly, it's deserved. One Star is one too many.

These guys couldn't even replace a simple tap that leads to my hotwater system because they didn't even have the most basic tap hardware in their ute. They did have a tap top (the handle part), but the plumber didn't have the strength to pull off the tap top to replace it. So the plumbers left me with the same problems I have now, but i'm now $160 poorer.

Problem not solved. I'm going to attempt to fix it myself.

"Initial contact was fast, but then I had to hound for a quote even though I stressed the urgency. They came back with some lame excuse that they were waiting for a price for the auto timer. These are a dime a dozen at Bunnings so I am not sure what that was all about. When the quote finally came it was ridiculously expensive and not even itemised and riddled with spelling mistakes! I still do not know where the horrendous cost was going. I gave them the opportunity to resubmit a quote but they ignored my request. Very disappointing outcome and has set everything back now. I would not recommend this company."
