I spoke with John from Your Family Plumber on Thursday 23/5/13 at 3:35pm and arranged a time for him to come to my place and give me a quote on installing a new Hot water service. The appointment was made for 9.30 Saturday morning I waited until 12.00 pm and no plumber arrived for the appointment. I was very annoyed as I did not received a phone call to say that they would be late or need to cancel, they just did not turn up. I had my phone on all day and stayed close to where I live in case they should turn up. In all I wasted a whole day just waiting. I found this to be both annoying & frustrating. Today I just called and spoke with John to find out the reason as to why he did not turn up for the appointment and found him to be very rude and extremely unhelpful and vague. I would definitely NOT recommend him or his plumbing service to anybody. There is no need for rudeness or to have attitude when you are dealing with the public and you are providing a service.
