Doing the plumbing for a refit of a bathroom.
Converting an art deco bath to a bath/shower combination, all tap-ware and fittings purchased and ready. This will involve rebating all the new pipes into the concrete wall and making good for cement sheet to be placed on top. I have the cement sheet and will do this.
Converting an existing shower cubicle with outlet on one side to a plumbed recess for a washing machine with waste outlet. Washing machine taps to be installed from prior shower pipes. Make good and rebate into wall.
Rebating existing external copper pipe into wall for about one metre.
Replacing existing pedestal basin with like and fitting it out. Taps are purchased.

The plumber, or perhaps two people he subcontracted, turned up promptly the first day... and then dragged out the urgent job for 3 weeks with intermittent and irregular attendance. They took 3 hammers of ours... returned one after two weeks, the other two are missing. They accidentally broke 3 louvre windows and did not replace them.
