break calipers drivers and passanger side

my breaks are locking on and smoking, i just bought new pads, so i think it might be seized piston, as i have pulled them apart and greased the sliders on the passanger side, now thats ok but the drivers side just started doing it, so i just want to replace both sides, calipers? or have some advice on what to do
